Here is what Lindsay wrote in the Forward to Margaret's book, Do I Have To Give Up Me To Be Loved By God?:

I think it's safe to say that each of us has at least one issue we are passionate about and struggle with, issues that robs us of our peace, our joy and our ability to experience love. With that in mind, would you think me crazy if I said there was a single process that could solve all the issues with which we as human beings struggle?

I have such a strong belief in human potential that for years I have been compelled to study and promote public education on issues such as holistic health (the interconnectedness of our body, mind and spirit), as well as many of the practices encompassed in our way of life. The same is true with alternative healing modalities, the difficulties our society has with racial and religious issues, domestic violence, child abuse and the abuse of our Mother Earth and the animal kingdom. I have spent a lot of time and energy exploring the heart-wrenching "whys" and the potential solutions. Through my films, public appearances and even a couple of books, I've had the opportunities to share what I was learning along the way.

Over the years, I began noticing a common denominator in all these problems and came to this conclusion. There is only one issue: man's lack of experience in feeling his Divine self and his innate connection with the Divine. All other issues stem from this.

The farther I have gone on my personal journey, exploring my own prejudices, fears, sense of inadequacies, fears, unacknowledged griefs...oh, did I mention fears?...the more firmly I believe this to be so.

This one issue, then, begs the same exploration of the "whys" and potential solutions. Within the pages of this enlightened yet practical book we are offered a lucid look at the "whys" and taught a most loving process as a potential solution.

This process will take you on a life-changing journey down a path full of awakenings, tears, compassion, reunion, joy and peace. This path, in reference to our divinity, is one seldom even thought about much less explored.

I am eternally grateful to this five-foot-two, sparkly eyed spiritual warrior some of us call the Samurai for all the courageous work she's done on herself and the exceptional gift she has to help others realize that peace, love and security are an inside job. In fact they are our sovereign rights.
